Amu's was founded to provide the best make-up services for brides, as well as train aspiring beauticians to be the finest in the same business.

To date, we have taught hundreds of women the art of facial care, make-up, saree-draping and costume and hair adornment so that they could bring to the marketplace the best skills required of a bridal beautician.
 
Many beauticians trained by Amu's run successful bridal businesses of their own today. Quite a number remain affiliated with the group's founder and principal, Amu Krishnan. Madam Amu, a beautician trained by Kose, personally conducts all training at Amu's.

Since its inception in 1995, Amu's has also been holding annual graduation balls, where beauticians finishing at its academy receive their scrolls in ceremonies full of pomp and splendour.

Celebrities who have graced this occasion in the past include Datuk Seri Rafidah Aziz, the former International Trade & Industry Minister; and Indian pop stars Hariharan and Leslie Lewis of the Colonial Cousins fame.
